1. Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

2. How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via our contact page with your order number
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
  3. Post the item back to us securely — we recommend using tracked delivery
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs at no extra charge.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges subject to stock availability. If the replacement item differs in price, we will refund the difference or request additional payment as appropriate.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, the order may have already been dispatched and will be subject to our standard returns policy.
